      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization to achieve revenue growth targets within the small and medium corporate segment
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Microsoft’s solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365
      - Champion a customer-centric sales strategy, ensuring long-term customer success
      - Build and maintain strong partnerships with Microsoft teams to drive joint business development initiatives
      - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
      - 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record in the SMC or corporate segment
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s solution suite, including Azure and Dynamics 365
      - Experience managing geographically distributed teams and fostering a results-driven culture
      - Proven ability to monitor key metrics and leverage data to improve sales outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in driving digital transformation solutions for corporate-level customers
      - Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
      - Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt sales strategies based on market changes
