What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization to achieve revenue growth targets in the small and medium corporate segment
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Microsoft's solutions to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
- Champion a customer-centric sales strategy focused on corporate SMC customers' unique needs and challenges
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Microsoft's SMC-focused teams to enhance collaboration and market opportunities
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMC or corporate segment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's solution suite, including Azure, Dynamics 365, Modern Work, and Security
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and fostering a culture of accountability and results
- Proven ability to lead large sales teams focused on the corporate segment of small and medium-sized enterprises

- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience tailoring Microsoft solutions to meet the needs of corporate-level customers
- Strong commitment to understanding corporate customer needs and delivering impactful solutions
- Passion for continuous innovation and adaptability in adopting new technologies and processes
- Demonstrated experience in metrics-driven decision-making to improve forecasting and sales outcomes
