      Responsibilities
      • Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead our Talent Acquisition strategy and key activities including executive search, full cycle recruitment, candidate pipeline management and development, employment branding, and recruiting operations
      • As the leader of the Talent Acquisition team, you will set the example for excellence and act as a mentor to your team
      • TA operations includes metrics that are tracked and reported, e.g. cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, etc., and recruiting applications selection, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades, employer brand & recruitment marketing programs
      • Develop a strategy for candidate pipeline development and sourcing by utilizing all available tools, including company website, social media, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting tools and agencies/othersResponsible for all compliance programs related to attracting and hiring talent
      • Collaborate with business leaders to design, develop, communicate, and implement an effective Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy and corresponding process
      • Expand our talent network and industry partner portfolio

      Qualifications

      • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition (TA) experience required
      • 10+ years management experience
      • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a TA team required
      • Prior experience working in a tech industry required
      • Proficient in staffing tools and system
      • Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
      • Excellent people skills to sell the company/ job and attract talent
      • Goal Setting, Tracking, Follow-through – ability to set and track goals for the team with meaningful metrics that generate high quality best fit candidates
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance laws and regulations
      • Ability to present in front of a large audience, deliver TA strategy
      • Must be a team player and caring leader with a strong moral compass and sense of humor
      • You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people
      • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding
      • You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches
