      Reporting directly to the Head of Digital , the VP/ Director Digital Strategy and Operations is a strategic and integral leader in our digital group. He/she will work closely with leaders and stakeholders within the business unit and across the organization and help develop the digital organization’s strategy , support key initiatives and help develop and manage the operational needs of the design and product teams . This role will be responsible for managing the organizations OKRs and establishing the right performance measure s to demonstrate progress and success . Th is role will also help establish initiatives designed to accelerate delivery, adoption and support of OneMain’s digital capabilities in the company and in the market.

      This individual must have the ability to build strong relationships with the business teams , the Digital Product and Design teams and across the organization as OneMain innovates to meet customer needs and market demands.

      About the role

      Support One Main’s digital st rategy evolution and communication:

      • Lead a team of digital strategy and operations individuals;

      • Serve as a thought-partner and support to OneMain’s Head of Digital in establishing digital strategy, driving product innovation, ensuring that Digital’s work is executed and aligned with company strategic objectives ; help identify key enablers to digital success and remove roadblocks;

      • Evangelize focus and understanding of the OneMain customer journey and how digital works to enable an omni-channel experience for the customer;

      • Identify and own ad-hoc strategic projects ( e.g. executing key initiatives or closing operational gaps);

      • Promote knowledge-sharing and visibility of Digital’s activities and impact through structured presentations, collaborative team learning experiences.

      • Develop communication across the organization to evangelize, educate and report on the digital’s team progress , needs and results .

      Support One Main’s digital operations

      • Establish and drive practice consistency within Digital initiatives; help drive the digital organization product development life cycle management , fac ilitate plan development, and accelerate implementation;

      • Identify skill and knowledge gaps, propose solutions, and provide situational coaching to promote effective management within the Digital practice;

      • Manage the digital team’s performance vertical . Provide decision support through data and analysis.

      • Understand team capabilities and help align team capacity for maximum effectiveness; support Digital recruiting and hiring;

      • Self Starter - when you identify and need or a gap, you can put together a plan of action and “get it done”!

      Skills and experience

      • 5 + years of change management experience involving executive-level interactions

      • 8+ years of e xperience leading digital product or initiatives

      • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

      • Proven track record of results and leadership for complex and demanding strategic initiatives

      • 5+ years of e xperience leading in a results-oriented environment

      • Experience building relationships at all levels

      • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and projects and prioritize needs

      • Ability to evangelize and represent company culture and values

      • Superior organizational and analytical skills and expertise with required tools such as Microsoft Office

      • BA required ; MBA preferred

      • Consulting experience a plus

      This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a committable distance to one of our offices located in Baltimore MD, Charlotte NC, Wilmington DE, Evansville IN, NYC, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX.

      Target base salary range is $190k - $210k which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
