What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare guidance, templates, analysis, and presentations to facilitate the budget and forecast process
- Develop and produce regular executive and operational reports for financial and non-financial KPIs
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly management reports for Executive Management
- Build and maintain relationships with leaders across the business to address their needs
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, assisting with SOX compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Hyperion or SAP (ERP tool), with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to communicate complex information in simple language to VPs and Senior Directors

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree (MBA) is advantageous
- Familiarity with Oracle software is a plus
- Experience in a role that requires independent relationship management with business partners
