- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 5-7 years of strategic sales experience in consumer-packaged goods
- Proficiency in IRI, Retail Link, and Nielsen data
- Ability to influence external and internal customers
- Demonstrated negotiation capability in the Grocery Retail CPG industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer management, account management, or retail sales management for a CPG company
- Ability to develop comprehensive business plans using syndicated data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Retail Link, and IRI
