What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
- Conduct grounds maintenance on parking lots and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness
- Operate pressure washing equipment and maintain irrigation systems
- Travel to multiple locations as needed for landscaping duties
- Safely operate a combination motor vehicle between 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, if applying for the Technician-Operator role

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field
- Must enjoy working outside in extreme weather conditions and be capable of physical labor
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- For Technician-Operator roles: Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a landscaping or grounds maintenance role
- Familiarity with various landscaping equipment and tools
- Certification or training in landscaping or horticulture
- Experience with operating larger vehicles or trucks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
