What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain landscapes by mowing, trimming, and pruning throughout the year
- Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, and exterior buildings
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
- Travel to multiple locations as needed to complete landscaping tasks
- Ensure a clean environment around exterior areas of the employer’s properties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field
- Must enjoy working outside in extreme weather conditions and engaging in physical labor
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- For Operators: Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with grounds maintenance and landscaping operations
- Familiarity with local landscaping regulations and best practices
- Certification in landscaping or horticulture-related fields
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
