Applications are welcome from all individuals who have a passion for improving services and the ambition to support the Ward Manager to take Ward 35 forward with their STAQC accreditation.

The team within this service work efficiently and effectively at a fast pace to support both elective and non-elective surgery, diagnosis, intervention and ultimately safe discharge.
Ward 35 is a busy and rewarding environment to work in. You will work alongside and will be supported by the Ward Manager, Matron, Senior General Manager, Ward Sisters and a full complement of Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates, Health Care Assistants, Military nursing colleagues, and Ward administration support, to deliver excellence in patient care and experience. You will be supported to deliver key performance indicators, understanding the impact on the patients and your team. You will energise, empower, and lead your team compassionately to achieve the vision of Ward 35.
You will deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence and act as a role model for junior members of the team in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care.
The role requires you to be flexible, resilient and forward thinking.
