What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage outside carrier communications and daily courier interactions
- Coordinate customer and salesperson pickups
- Assist in scheduling contract deliveries and inbound merchandise
- Monitor and edit various reports on a daily basis
- Scan paperwork into the system daily and communicate information effectively across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication skills via calls and emails
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Availability for a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm schedule

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role
- Familiarity with CAD and AutoQuotes software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
