- Pick products by hand using an RF scanner.
- Use pallet jack or walkie rider as necessary.
- Fill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Complete inbound receiving and log all information accurately.
- Stock products as they are received.
- Process shipment orders efficiently.
- Work with parcel carriers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain records of all warehouse activities.
- Build boxes, package, and prepare items for shipment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as requested.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- 6+ months of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience using an inventory program such as SAP or Ship-it-Smarter.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Prior warehouse experience in a Class 2 medical facility with strict guidelines.
- Comfortable training on a forklift (not required for the job).

Work Environment
Our facility in Richmond is a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled, FDA-regulated environment. Employees work in a very clean GMP facility with climate control during both summer and winter. You will work in the warehouse where products are stored, adhering to strict guidelines including wearing gloves, hair nets, eye protection, and lab coats/smocks. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, long pants, and a t-shirt. The hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential overtime depending on workflow.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
