THE ROLE: Warehouse Associate

Join the engine of our business, our Kentucky fulfillment center, where our dedicated Warehouse team receives, sorts, picks, and ships product for delivery to more than 35 million Members.

Shift Structure (subject to change based on business need)

• Weekday Shift---------- $17.00 /hour
  • Monday – Friday with option to work 5, 8-hour shifts -OR- 4, 10-hour shifts per week with a start time of either 5:30AM or 6:00AM depending on role.

• Weekend Shift----------- $17.75 /hour
  • Wednesday – Saturday, 10-hour shifts from 6:00AM – 4:30PM.

What You’ll Do

You’ll cross-train to learn all primary warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, and Quality. Day-to-day, you’ll secure our culture of safety and loss prevention through 5S protocols that ensure a safe and efficient work environment as you:

• Receive and process products using radio frequency scanners.

• Pick, pack, and ship costumer orders on a multi-level mezzanine using carts, totes, pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and/or VRCs (multi-level lifts).

• Profile and prepare products (including VAS – special packing or sorting requirements)

• Credit customer returns using computer and warehouse management systems.

• Maintain cleanliness in immediate area and perform other housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

Work Environment

• Noise level varies and can be loud and safety is paramount as you work with and/or around moving mechanical parts.

• Temperature inside the fulfillment center may vary between 40 and 95 degrees, and will occasionally exceed 100 degrees.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, provide proof of right to work in the US, and be able to successfully complete a post offer criminal background check.

• Must be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance and be willing and able to work overtime as required, which may include weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously throughout a 10-to-12-hour workday. Frequently (35% - 70%) lift 5 to 50 pounds waist to shoulder level; team lifting is preferred when items weight more than 50 lbs.

• Must be able to push/pull up to 75 pounds of force continuously throughout a 10-12-hour workday. Frequently (35%-70%) push/pull 5 to 75 pounds of force waist to shoulder level.

• Walking for up to 10-12 hours

• Standing for up to 10-12 hours

• Reaching frequently for up to 10-12 hours

• Must be willing and able to frequently squat, bend, stoop, and reach for up to 10-12 hours.

• Able to work at elevated heights/levels, (i.e. mezzanine) 10 to 12 hours

• Must be able to occasionally climb (ascend and descend) stairs safely for up to 10-12 hours.

• Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.

• Use wrist or hand-held inventory scanners (RF guns) frequently, 10-12 hours.
