DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To support the Shift Manager / FLM to achieve an efficient and effective operation meeting goals and objectives
• To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development
• Cost reductions and team planning to be in place at all times
• To manage the fulfilment of customer orders ensuring that all department targets and customer promise is met at all times.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal leadership, motivation and planning skills
• Excellent communicator (verbal / written)
• History of Team Management
• WMS Experience - Desirable

A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well-received.
