Job Description
- Req#: 117682
- Update load plan and provide information to shift supervisor.
- Load verification (at set-up and completion) - Correct discrepancies (as necessary).
- File/Scan completed BOLs (bill of lading) and other associated billing documents.
- Provide assistance to loaders and warehouse associates as needed (radio frequency [RF] issues).
- SAP (system application and products) document clean-up - Review and monitor in/out-bound documents.
- Check work bins.
- Set-up new products.
- Maintain and review pack specifications on a regular basis.
- Work with Customer Service team to handle customer returns and adherence to the return authorization form (RAF) process.
- Handle quality notifications and research mis-shipments to determine root cause.
- Inventory and trailer pool management - Ensure all materials and trailers in inventory are correct as listed.
- Miscellaneous duties/responsibilities (assist with annual physical inventory, clerical duties, etc).
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in the transportation industry, with knowledge of freight tendering and routing
- Ability to deal with customers and suppliers (freight carriers)
- Excellent record-keeping and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Effective and timely communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work overtime and change work shifts (if required)

The Warehouse Coordinator manages/maintains inventory and trailer pools within the warehouse. Daily tasks include functions such as attending to a drivers' window, verification of load counts, troubleshooting discrepancies, set-up, pre-tender, billing of out-going loads, preparation of out-bound paperwork and updating internal documents/files.
