Job Title: Warehouse Laborer Part Time (Monday-Friday 8am-1:00pm)

Job Description

We are looking for a part-time warehouse worker to help with putting freight away and occasionally moving material around the warehouse using a forklift. The role also involves maintaining general housekeeping of the facility, servicing external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner, and answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members. Adherence to all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures as specified in company manuals and the employee handbook is required. Conduct yourself professionally in the presence of customers and the community.

Responsibilities

• Put freight away and move material around the warehouse using a forklift.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the facility.
• Service external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as specified in manuals and the employee handbook.

Work Environment

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with some early morning or late night shifts required depending on the job and business needs. Work in a warehouse or industrial retail environment for a duration of 4-6 months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunnyside, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
