Pay Rate: £29,814.10 (includes a shift premium)
Shift Pattern: Any Five from Seven 10pm until 6am

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

Brief overview of the job:

You will be loading and unloading Lorries of goods which will consist of white goods and furniture, there are KPI's to be met which you will be given weekly updates on performance. Once loading or tipping targets are being achieved consistently then MHE training will be offered. The aim is to build a multi-skilled workforce who can tip, load, pick and drive forklifts. When fully trained on all functions you will be deployed where the business requires.

• Warehousing Experience
• Process Adherence
• RF Knowledge
• MHE Experience / desirable

Incentives:

MHE incentive of 80p her hour extra once passed both LLOP and Reach Truck. Colleagues will need to prove themselves on manual jobs such as loading and unloading before MHE training is given. Hard working, enthusiastic colleagues who are achieving targets will be fast tracked.
