      Exciting opportunity at WWT NL for a Warehouse Operator role! Responsibilities include receiving, moving, picking, and shipping products, operating PITs, ensuring proper tracking, and maintaining warehouse safety. Ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, proficient in handheld scanning, PIT operation, follows processes, and is a strong team player.

      Responsibilities

      • Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.
      • Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area.
      • Apply new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs.
      • Use established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements.
      • Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials
      • Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin.
      • Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems.
      • Implement prescribed steps and ensures effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed.
      • Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions.
      • Demonstrate awareness of non-verbal behavior/cues (i.e., body language) when listening and communicating.
      • Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding.
      • Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manages time efficiently to accomplish goals.
