Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a long-term employee who is willing to help out wherever needed, primarily in the warehouse. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company, and the ideal candidate should be eager to take on more responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, ship, and receive products.
• Operate forklifts, both propane and electric (certification will be provided).
• Work both indoors in the warehouse and occasionally outdoors.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on a semi-consistent basis.
• Drive and work in the warehouse as needed.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs semi-consistently.
• Clean driving record with fewer than 3 infractions in the last year and no DUIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• General labor skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Inventory management skills.
• Experience with pallet jack operations.

Work Environment

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (potential to shift to 7am-4pm in the future). No regular Saturday work except for one annual warehouse cleaning. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, jackets, and close-toed shoes. Employees will be provided with a company polo shirt.

This is a Contract position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
