Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description: Are you ready to be an essential part of our team? We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to help service technicians by selecting and preparing specific parts and orders for shipment. Your role will involve reading shipping labels, accurately selecting orders, and placing them at the shipping dock using a hand pallet jack.

Responsibilities:

• Order Selection: Read shipping labels and select orders with precision.
• Shipping Preparation: Place selected orders at the shipping dock for loading.
• Item Movement :Use a hand pallet jack to move items efficiently.
• Consistent Hours Work 50-55 hours consistently throughout the year.
• Strong Work Ethic: Maintain a strong work ethic and avoid unnecessary breaks or excuses.

Essential Skills:

• Physical Strength :Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic Math: Basic math skills (e.g., 30+45=75).
• Experience: Experience in construction or landscaping for entry-level pay; warehouse experience for higher pay.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Forklift Experience: Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a loud, dirty, and temperature-variable environment.

Work Environment:

• Team Collaboration: Work with a team of 15 warehouse employees in an industrial distribution environment.
• Variable Conditions: The facility is cold in the winter and hot in the summer due to large bay doors that remain open throughout the day.
• Dress Code: Steel-toed boots and jeans without holes.
• Shift Hours: The shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime extending until 3-4pm, and occasionally until 6pm.

• Contract to Hire: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
