- Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and workstation, with lift heights ranging from 13 inches to 45 inches, at a frequency of one box every 5-7 minutes.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph).
- Ability to lift cartons weighing 30-50 lbs.
- Ability to perform tasks with 100% accuracy using double key verification.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs when needed (10% of the time).
- Ability to type at a consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph).
- Ability to sit at a desk for 90% of the day.

Job Description
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for pulling individual medical files from storage boxes, identifying required data fields from each file, and entering that information into the client's database. This role involves carrying one box at a time to the workstation, pulling individual files, entering the data, and then returning the files to the box before carrying it back to the pallet. The maximum storage height on each pallet is five boxes. The majority of the work is performed from a seated position, with occasional physical activity to move boxes.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
