What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify dealers requiring accounting services and process accordingly
- Collaborate with service managers and dealer points of contact to gather necessary information for claim submissions
- Maintain a clean accounting schedule and post credit memos
- Create and implement accounting policies, processes, and best practices
- Engage with Dealer Controller and stakeholders to review findings and implement solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Prior administrative dealership experience in any capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in using the WarrCloud Platform and various DMS systems
- Strong desire to find solutions and improve efficiency and processes
