      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide counsel to service managers regarding warranty claims
      - Analyze expense and frequency trends to identify areas for improvement
      - Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails
      - Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting automotive dealerships
      - Ensure adherence to schedules, as some queues are time-sensitive

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in warranty administration and/or insurance claims
      - Automotive dealership experience, preferably in the service department and/or warranty administration
      - Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time / 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
      - Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute)
