• Correct SAP confirmation within shift.
• Right quantity & right place PGM addition.
• Timely Incident closures.
• Any Process Downtime online
• Washcoat KPI’S
• Any EHS or Disciplinary issue in Shift.
• Any Washcoat Failure or Washcoat Quarantine
• Immediately reporting any Accident/Incident
• Responsible for closure of Incidents related to EHS and QMS within time line.
• Carry out and Support CI project implementation works by providing technical setup.
• Accountability and Controlling of Production consumables
• Responsible for team development.
• Responsible to develop LEAN culture Compliance with health and safety regulations
• Zero Accident/Incident in his Shift

SCOPE

• Manpower shifting in shift to meet days requirement
• Process control in shift and can stop batching in case of any abnormality against said parameters
• Authorize to ask for PPE compliance
• Conduct training of team members on issues which need to be addressed immediately in shift besides other scheduled training.
• Authorize to ask for PPE compliance
• Emergency controlling in shift
• LFLI Closure/Incident Closure
• Review and updating of documents as and when needed and implementation with approval of AM.
• IATF, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 Audits

SPECIAL FACTORS

• Need to work in shift operation.
• Use of PPE as per defined & ensure same in his shift.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE

(TECHNICAL/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCY)

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from a recognized university.

2-3 year of experience. in Manufacturing/Automotive (Desirable)

Essential

- Knowledge of basic engineering concepts and understanding of chemical

processes

- Knowledge of Basic computers.

- Knowledge of SAP, BMW, WRMS & Remnant.

Desirable

- Knowledge of auto parts manufacturing
