      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Principal in managing overall school operations and ensuring effective communication with teachers, learning coaches, and students
      - Manage implementation of the Connections Academy curriculum and support teachers in maintaining professionalism and customer service
      - Ensure academic success of students through effective communication with parents and utilization of available academic support
      - Contribute to a positive school culture through events and recognition programs
      - Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff as required by state regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Residence in Washington preferred
      - Washington Administrative License required
      - Master's degree in Educational Administration or a similar field
      - Leadership/Management experience
      - 3+ years of teaching experience in general education K-8 preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced educational environment
      - Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and Google products
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in group settings
      - Ability to work occasional evening hours to support students and families
      - Willingness to travel for state testing and school events
