What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the process of Waste Approvals into the employer's TSDFs by reviewing all related information for regulatory compliance
- Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, and Plant Operations to ensure accurate Waste Approvals
- Review Material Profiles and applicable documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Provide regulatory review for EPA, DOT, and State designations and communicate requirements to Sales and Customer Service
- Approve or reject materials for appropriate TSDFs or Transportation 10-Day locations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hazardous waste industry
- Strong understanding of compliance with Federal, State, and Regulatory requirements (i.e., EPA, DOT, OSHA)
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and available treatment technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience specifically within the hazardous waste sector
- General knowledge of Facility Operations permits and Waste Analysis Plans
