What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of water treatment process engineering principles and designs for various applications
- Perform in-depth data manipulation, analysis, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems
- Create customer-centric technical reports analyzing process and operations data, identifying anomalies, and providing recommendations
- Review engineering documents such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams
- Collaborate with service project managers to design and implement upgrades and project work at existing water plants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience with membrane systems and Reverse Osmosis treatment processes
- High School Diploma is required; a 4-year degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry is preferred
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask on several concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for plant process audits and client relationship management

- Experience with data manipulation, analytics development, and data science
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation utilizing BI tools
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation, control valves, and rotating equipment
