      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical oversight of design staff and team members for water and wastewater infrastructure projects
      - Direct project teams and ensure client compliance with contract terms while monitoring subcontractor commitments
      - Prepare project work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; communicate these to project team members
      - Supervise technical professionals and manage workload and staffing
      - Monitor and report financial status of projects to technical managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
      - Proven interpersonal skills, including client interaction and public speaking
      - Strong project financial management skills
      - Ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplined teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
      - Professional Engineering (PE) license in California or the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment
      - Experience working on water and wastewater municipal conveyance projects
      - Familiarity with programs such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SWMM, and/or Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD
      - Experience working with local clients in the Northern California region
