What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct media monitoring and reporting, including KPI tracking and calendar management for the PR team
- Build and maintain comprehensive media lists for effective outreach
- Provide administrative support across the PR team, coordinating meetings, interviews, and media tours
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal initiatives and editorial calendars
- Copy edit and proofread PR materials, ensuring high-quality communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a PR agency
- Strong interest in media trends and current events
- Excellent organizational skills with a passion for operational efficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and grammar skills
- A love for reading and/or writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Canadian journalists and media outlets
- Experience in developing presentations and decks for PR initiatives
