What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals of potential policy violations
- Conduct detailed investigations of complex cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Collaborate with Compliance teams on safety investigations related to child safety, self-harm, and harassment
- Provide support in resolving issues reported by external moderation teams
- Assist with policy development and implementation for platform campaigns and events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A./B.S. in related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, with a focus on UGC moderation
- Experience working with moderation vendors and contractors
- Strong proficiency with technology, including Zendesk, Airtable, SharePoint, and MS Office
- Ability to analyze complex cases and stay informed on trends in U.S. pop culture

- Experience working in a multicultural company
- Interest in content policy, compliance, or internet governance
- Familiarity with current trends in storytelling and digital content
