What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the delivery of Alternatives and Investment Manager Solutions through project management and coordination
- Ensure adherence to project delivery processes and maintain up-to-date project status
- Organize and lead project calls, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any escalations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize operating models for Alternative Investments and Mutual Funds globally
- Implement regulatory requirements and develop compliant processes in partnership with Product Development teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services or investment management
- Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background or previous involvement in private equity or investment management
- Previous experience in product management
- Familiarity with navigating global operations within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions to complex problems
