Supporting our web data collection process to ensure high data quality
Regularly analyze digital marketing and website data performance
Support eCommerce teams with accelerating campaign performance and personalization on our sites
Proactively generate and share actionable insights that can drive our business KPIs
Help establish analytics processes within our eCommerce teams
You have +5 years of relevant web analytics experience and demonstrated business acumen
Solid experience with tag management and web analytics systems.
Proficiency in data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Data Studio)
Technical understanding (you can troubleshoot in JavaScript together with a developer)
Solid analytical/problem-solving skills
Strong time-management skills. You are able to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Fiskars Group is undergoing a tremendous digital transformation. We are continuing our journey towards a stronger and more capable digital organization and our digital agenda is boosting the Fiskars Group growth strategy implementation. We are now looking for Web Analysts to our Marketing Analytics & Insights team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role as Web Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to drive our web analytics practices to a new level – from ensuring we collect reliable web data, to turning that data into actionable insights for our business. You will mainly be working in our CDP (Bloomreach Engagement) and Google Analytics, as well as our data collection tools, Google Tag manager and Metarouter. Your primary stakeholders will be the eCommerce teams, who you will work closely with to help identify growth opportunities. You will report into our Senior Manager, Marketing Insights & Analytics.This position can be based in either of our offices in Espoo, Finland / Glostrup, Denmark / Barlaston, UK / Stockholm, Sweden. We work in a hybrid setup meaning that you can enjoy both the pulse of our offices and the pros of remote working.
