      The Communications & Creative team is based in Farmington, Utah, and Rocklin, California, and supports our clients through social media, digital tools, and content creation. We’re a collaborative group that values meaningful work, creative thinking, and a people-first approach.

      INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

      We’re looking for a Digital Strategy & Social Media Intern to join our growing team this summer. This intern will support key digital and social media efforts for more than 300 skilled nursing facilities by assisting with social content, business listings, data entry, reputation monitoring, reporting, and digital projects.

      This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in digital marketing, communications, or healthcare marketing—and someone ready to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Assist with managing and scheduling social media content for PACS and the facilities we support

      • Help monitor and track reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook

      • Perform data entry and organize information across spreadsheets and digital dashboards

      • Support the creation of digital toolkits and social media guides

      • Help with online business listings: claim, verify, and update Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Indeed pages

      • Contribute to reputation and keyword trend reports using basic data tools

      • Conduct research into social media trends and digital best practices

      • Help organize and maintain a central content and asset library

      • Collaborate with the internal social and digital teams for campaign planning and execution

      • Provide general support to digital strategists and communication team members

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media platforms

      • Basic familiarity with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp

      • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets or data tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)

      • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

      • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset

      • Prior internship or experience with social media or digital tools is a plus
