What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain a variety of digital content to support the client communication strategy
- Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize digital assets for various platforms
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and ranking of digital content
- Monitor and analyze digital content performance using engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure all design artifacts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in web design, graphic design, digital media, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web design, graphic design, digital media, or related fields
- Strong understanding of web and graphic design principles, user experience (UX), and advanced SEO strategies
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
- Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Previous federal consulting experience
