What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of software solutions
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Design and ship high volumes of high-quality code while addressing performance and scalability
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technologies to improve products and services
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new engineers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of web development experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Ember JS
- Proven track record of leading the development of web applications using JavaScript
- Candidates must be available to work directly as employees of the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with design software like Figma
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or C#
- Experience with development and consumption of Web Services APIs (JSON / XML / RPC)
- Understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies
