What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support daily updates on Homage.com in collaboration with marketing and product teams
- Execute product builds ensuring all products are set up correctly with accurate descriptions and images
- Troubleshoot site issues alongside eCommerce, customer service, and merchandising teams
- Monitor and resolve order issues in a timely manner using backend systems
- Partner with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a retail or eCommerce environment
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Business Suite (Gmail, Meets, Chat, Sheets)
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and backend operations
- Familiarity with user experience design principles
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies
