Works closely with other teams, such as demand generation/events, product marketing, content marketing and customer marketing to ensure cohesive online branding and marketing strategy.
Defines and leads the re-architecture and evolution of the code framework and site content/design to improve overall website performance, user experiences, and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Manages technical aspects of the website that affect UX, including quick loading times and intuitive navigation.
Researches, optimizes, and expands an SEO strategy featuring keyword research, folder structure, crawlability, and backlink analysis.
Manages and optimizes website content, imagery, and lead conversion assets to ensure they are up-to-date, compelling, and inline with SEO best practices.
Implements and manages personalization features to enhance user engagement and improve lead qualification process.
Plans and executes A/B testing on the website to identify efficiencies and opportunities to better engage our users and maximize conversions.
Oversees day-to-day enhancements, optimizations and measurements that improve user experience and conversion rates.
Develops CRO testing strategies, with consideration of overall campaign strategies and source channels.
Analyzes website traffic metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of various campaigns and initiatives.
Supports marketing operations and other teams as needed through the creation of landing pages, original design elements, and navigation.
Maintains a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices.
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: No specific field
Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree
Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
Prefer marketing service or marketing agency experience.
Prefer Pardot, sales force and email automation experience.
Prefer payments industry experience.
6+ years digital marketing experience.
Creative, curious thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems
Innovative and stays current with digital marketing trends and technologies.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Strong knowledge of SEO, UX practices, website testing, buyers journeys and best practices for engaging visitors, personalization, and content marketing best practices.
Cognizant of web design, emerging technologies, and UI frameworks, and have the ability to identify the advantages/disadvantages of approaches, and make recommendations.
Must have experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, VWO and other relevant tools, be able to lead the implementation, management, and customization of these platforms.
Ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
Significant experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML.
Experience leading cross functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
Ability to accurately estimate future and remaining work effort, and meet deadlines.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

Summary of This Role
Responsible for crafting/executing an encompassing website strategy, and serving as our team’s in-house expert for all things web marketing. Ability to create and execute on a website vision that educates and engages prospects and customers, and keeps them coming back for more, enabling our company to exceed marketing, sales and customer success goals. Oversee day-to-day website(s) development and evolution, increasing sales by accelerating website conversions through effective UX strategy. Increases website traffic from target audiences, and rankings on all major search networks through web content, link building, and keyword strategies. Takes full ownership for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), SEO, and analyzing data to understand and optimize outcomes and execute on next best actions.

Pay: Pay Range is from $71,800.00 - $98,750.00 and there is no bonus plan or commissions associated with the role.
