What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Digital Marketing team with day-to-day website needs, including content uploads and performance monitoring
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of testing and optimization opportunities, implementing A/B and multivariate tests
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to plan, execute, and measure continuous website enhancements
- Analyze website performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct ongoing QA/QC to identify and resolve usability issues, ensuring optimal user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and/or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital analytics data
- Familiarity with UX best practices and a mobile-first design orientation
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore) and product integration workflows
- Knowledge of production environments, project phases, and common digital marketing challenges
- Experience creating dynamic performance reports to track and measure website effectiveness
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Adaptability and flexibility to take on new roles as business needs evolve
