- Conduct regular patrols of the area, ensuring a visible security presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.
- Good Customer Service skills
- Previous experience in security required.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
- Must possess a valid Class D security license.
