      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members
      - Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
      - Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes and expertise
      - Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct annual performance reviews
      - Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to coordinate work activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
      - Must be 18 years and above
      - 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing 10 or more employees
      - 3+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems in an office or customer service environment
      - Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new computer systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer service experience
      - 1+ years of supervisory experience in a call center environment
