      As the Weekend Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising all Direct Support Professionals that serve adults with intellectual disabilities. You will ensure that staff perform their responsibilities and implement all program plans accurately.

      • Monitors staff working in the Adult Services and coaches in job responsibilities.
      • Ensures individuals outcomes and activities are being met in accordance to the individual’s plan and schedules.
      • Serves as a communication link with various agency personnel in achieving best practice when supporting individuals
      • Monitors and supports the health and safety of the individuals supported be SPIN in the areas of health and medication administration.

      Requirements include:

      • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Education or a related field.
      • Two years supervisory experience working directly with adults with intellectual disabilities.
      • Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and insurance.
      • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
      • Ability to work with a variety of people in various settings.
      • Patience and flexibility is a must.
      • Proficient in MS Office and/or other Windows based programs.

      Friday 2pm-10pm/Saturday/Sunday 8am-10pm/Monday 8am-10am
      38 hours weekly
