      MIG Welder

      Job Description

      Candidate will be responsible for MIG welding, TIG welding, and finishing work. Candidates will be MIG welding on 14-18 gauge material. 1/3 of the time is welding, 1/3 is grinding, and 1/3 is tack and stud welding. TIG welding on mild and stainless steel. The company is a contract job shop, so the work may vary on a week-to-week basis.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform MIG welding on 14-18 gauge material
      • Execute TIG welding on mild and stainless steel
      • Conduct grinding tasks
      • Handle tack and stud welding
      • Complete finishing work
      • Adapt to a variety of welding tasks in a contract job shop setting

      Essential Skills

      • MIG welding
      • TIG welding
      • Grinding
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
      • Experience with stainless steel welding

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
