• As a working student, you will support the Heraeus IT - Enterprise Operation team with its focus on “Plan to Produce”, “Quality Management” and “Plant Maintenance”.
• You will support an international team in a variety of organizational and conceptual topics.
• You will gain insight into our technical PLTP, QM and EAM processes, their tasks and projects as well as the entire team organization.
• Here you will learn a range of agile business & IT projects and support our team in day-to-day operational business.
• Specifically, you will work out and develop continuous improvements, for example by scripting test scenarios with our TOSCA test management tool and support project and effort calculations.
• Your area of responsibility also includes supporting the development of training materials, documentation, knowledge articles and other communication media.
• You could dive into new IT topics, such as in Service Now using virtual dashboards, chatbots or AI to categorize tickets and find solutions.
• Last but not least, you will support the structuring and documentation of our business solution portfolio within the enterprise architecture tool “Luy”.
• Immerse yourself in practice and expand your theoretical understanding with practical application - by arrangement during the semester a maximum of 20 hours per week, or full-time during the lecture-free period.

Your Profile:

• Studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Confident use of MS Office applications as well as IT affinity and technical interest
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Interest in agile development
• Reliable team player who works independently and in a structured manner and has a quick comprehension
• A valid certificate of study for the entire deployment period
