Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung administrativer und organisatorischer HR-Aufgaben
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Auswertungen, Reportings und Statistiken
• Planen, koordinieren und durchführen von Events
• Buchung von Reisen, Reisekostenabrechnung
• Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten
• Dokumentation von Trainings
• Posts auf unseren Teams-Channels
• Erstellung von Präsentationen

Über dich

• Fortgeschrittenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschafts, -Rechts, - oder Sozialwissenschaften
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalwesen wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
