What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, administer, and evaluate general education courses, primarily in an online format
- Advise and mentor students, monitoring their performance in accordance with course objectives
- Assist learners with study challenges and evaluate their potential for success in their courses
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records, submitting required reports on time
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in additional faculty activities as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in History or a related discipline
- Minimum of 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline being taught
- Demonstrated experience in higher education, preferably in online education
