      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls, chats, texts, and emails to sell swim school memberships to customers
      - Provide qualified leads without the need for cold calling
      - Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
      - Work a rotating schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including weekend shifts
      - Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to promoting water safety

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong sales drive with the ability to close sales and resolve objections
      - Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer with sound and video capabilities
      - Minimum of a high school diploma or higher
      - At least 1 year of experience working remotely and in a sales role

      - Experience working with children or in a child-focused job
