What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and support WECI integrations for UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Kronos WFC/UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise systems
- Write and debug scripts for WECI integrations
- Work with API-based integrations, FTP processes, and data mapping tools
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central
- Strong knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM architecture and integration points
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations
- Proficient in writing and debugging scripts for WECI integrations
- Experience with SQL and querying databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Workforce Management best practices and processes
- Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and FTP
