      Overview

      Unified Women's Healthcare, LP is looking for a WFM Solutions Manager to join our HR Operations Team! In this role, you will serve as the domain expert and HRIS point of contact for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Attendance platform. This role will provide essential technical support to our HR, Payroll, and Operations teams, ensuring seamless system functionality and driving operational efficiency across the business. This role is a critical part of our HR and payroll operations, supporting a variety of system-related needs, troubleshooting issues, managing reporting, and facilitating training for end-users


      Responsibilities

      • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UKG WFM system, ensuring that the system is fully functional, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs. Perform regular system checks and maintenance as required.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR, Payroll, and Operations teams regarding UKG WFM system access issues, functionality errors, and performance concerns. Troubleshoot and resolve system problems quickly and efficiently.
      • Create, manage, and automate UKG WFM reports to support HR and payroll operations. Provide insights through custom reports and data analytics, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders.
      • Act as primary authority on UKG configurations within a defined area(s) of responsibility; combining expert-level proficiency in the systems and solutions with the understanding of functional HR processes .
      • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify areas for system optimization and process improvement. Suggest and implement enhancements to improve overall efficiency and user experience within UKG WFM.
      • Support feature releases and issue resolution, working with business users, IT, vendors, and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan, and implement system changes and enhancements within UKG WFM.
      • Document requirements and technical specifications to support our solution landscape and HR organizational needs for systems implementation, upgrades, and process improvements within UKG WFM.
      • Ensure the UKG WFM system remains compliant with all internal policies and legal regulations. Manage user access controls and permissions to protect sensitive data.
      • Conduct high-level needs analysis and recommend service improvements to increase the efficiency of the systems.
      • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen.
      • Review communication and training materials to ensure technical accuracy, assisting where necessary to develop materials in support of system navigation and changes

      Qualifications

      • 3+ years of experience working with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions) in an administrative or technical capacity.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in related field .
      • Minimum 3+ years UKG Pro and Cognos experience is required.
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, UKG Dimensions Analytics and thorough knowledge of Word and PowerPoint required.
      • Systems implementation experience highly desirable.
      • SQL database experience desirable.
      • Boomi experience desirable.
      • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
      • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
