What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide payroll and system expertise during the data validation phase of implementation
- Audit master file data in alignment with the project timeline
- Identify and communicate missing or incorrect data to clients and ADP for resolution
- Assist clients in making minor data corrections as needed
- Deliver project updates and audit results, including status and recommendations to the client

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in payroll and system consulting, particularly with data validation processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and ADP resources
- Proficiency in Excel for data validation and reporting
- Strong communication skills to relay audit findings and recommendations effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate data validation and corrections

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with ADP WorkforceNow or similar payroll systems
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Background in organizational change management or enterprise service management
