What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, create, and update internal workflows related to the wholesale business
- Lead cross-functional efforts to onboard new wholesale customers
- Maintain accuracy and compliance of key customer product data sheets
- Provide operational support to the US Wholesale sales team on key projects
- Coordinate on-time delivery of POP displays and maintain customer listings and catalogs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous support and/or operations experience in a wholesale or B2B environment
- Familiarity with retail customer Vendor Portals such as Supplier Hub and Retail Link
- Experience with ERP systems and EDI
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience working with big-box retailers
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience with new customer setups and product data sheets
- Systematic thinker with a passion for process improvement
