What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead configuration, upgrades, and migration of PTC Windchill products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for critical Windchill PLM issues, coordinating with various teams to provide solutions
- Participate in Client Review Board meetings to discuss project progress and configurations
- Manage Windchill configurations and customizations to meet client requirements
- Maintain support environments for Windchill PLM and ensure system stability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-12 years of experience in PLM Windchill Configurations and Customizations
- Hands-on experience with PDM Link, Project Link, MPM Link, and Change Management
- Strong knowledge in System Admin and Business Admin for Windchill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and stay updated with industry trends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Thingworx Navigate and CAD Tools such as Creo, Catia, or Solidworks
- Familiarity with AWS and ThingWorks
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or project management
